MUSA Real Estate Clipper Program
Clipper terms & guidelines
Master reference for the MUSA Real Estate Clipper Program. Read this before you apply. Payment and legal sections should still be reviewed by an attorney before being treated as a binding agreement.
1. Eligibility
Applicants are screened on Hindi/Urdu comprehension (required, because live-class footage includes Hindi/Urdu — “Not at all” is not approved), caption accuracy without a translation tool, editing capability (software and example clips), platform presence, and a realistic weekly clip commitment.
2. Payment Terms
Rate: $0.50 per 1,000 verified views (2,000 views = $1.00). Minimum to qualify: 5,000 views per post — no payment below this. Maximum per post: $40.00, regardless of total views. Tracking period: 14 days from the date of posting. Monthly program cap: $500.00 total across all creators. If approved claims exceed the cap, claims are paid in the order verified until the cap is reached; the remainder rolls into the next month rather than being forfeited. Payment method: transferred into your Whop account. Payment schedule: after the 14-day tracking window closes and views are verified.
3. Anti-Fraud Rules
No bots, view-farms, engagement pods, or any artificial method to inflate views, likes, or comments. Views must be verifiable via screen-recorded in-app analytics, or by adding MUSA as a collaborator/business partner on the platform’s native tools (no account passwords are ever collected). Any post with a view pattern inconsistent with the account’s normal history may be placed on hold; you have 48 hours to provide proof of authenticity or forfeit payment for that post. Confirmed use of bots or fabricated views results in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
4. Account & Branding Rules
One dedicated page per platform, used exclusively for MUSA content — not a personal account. Handle references MUSA Real Estate (e.g. @musarealestate.clips) and must not be mistakable for the official MUSA account. Bio must credit the source and disclose it’s a clips/fan page: “Clips from @[official handle] | not the official page.” Profile photo/banner use MUSA-approved brand assets only — no self-made logos or edited likenesses of Syed beyond simple cropping. Handle must be registered and approved before the first post.
5. Content Rules
Clip strong hooks in the first 2–3 seconds, self-contained moments (a complete deal story, a full explanation, one clear takeaway), high-energy or emotionally clear moments, and moments that invite comments. Avoid anything taken out of context in a way that changes what Syed actually said, any specific member’s deal details or identity without consent, off-the-record or joking remarks framed as serious, low-energy filler or dead air, and anything implying a guaranteed or specific income outcome — never permitted, no exceptions. Footage must come from MUSA’s own content bank (recorded live classes) or MUSA-approved, properly licensed B-roll. No downloading, reposting, or watermark-stripping of other creators’ content.
6. Editing Specs
Aspect ratio: 9:16 vertical (1080×1920). Length: 15–60 sec ideal; 90 sec hard cap. Captions: burned-in, high-contrast, readable on mute. Audio: clean original audio, normalized; no music that risks a copyright claim. Watermark: approved MUSA watermark required, not removed or covered. Framing: Syed centered; don’t crop out his face or on-screen text. File format: MP4, H.264, 1080p minimum, under 500MB.
7. Captions, Hashtags & Posting
Caption adds context/curiosity — doesn’t just restate the clip’s dialogue. Every caption credits the source: “via @[official handle for that platform].” Tag MUSA on the same platform you post: TikTok → TikTok, YouTube → YouTube, Instagram → Instagram, and so on. 3–5 relevant hashtags, 8 maximum. Post 1–2x per day per page to start. Stagger posting times; don’t drop everything at once. Never repost the exact same clip on the same page — a different platform is fine. MUSA retains the right to use this content on official accounts at all times.
8. Content Availability
Posted content must remain live and publicly accessible for at least 45 days from posting. Deleting, hiding, or materially altering content before then may forfeit unpaid earnings and/or require repayment of amounts already paid.
9. Brand Safety & Conduct
Never fabricate captions or on-screen text that misrepresent what Syed said. No manipulative editing (fake subtitles, spliced reactions, deepfake-style edits). No income/earnings guarantees, implied or stated. Don’t argue as the page — stay neutral, redirect to the full class in comments. No sponsorships, shoutouts, or brand deals on a MUSA clipper page without written approval. Report legal takedown notices, impersonation, or abusive comments immediately.
10. Content Rights
MUSA may repost, distribute, edit, and repurpose creator content for organic and paid marketing across any channel MUSA operates. License term is as stated in the Creator Agreement. You grant MUSA the right to use this content on official accounts at all times.
11. Confidentiality
Creators agree not to share, outside the program: the content bank/raw footage, internal MUSA community materials (Discord, Whop, member information), or any strategy/performance data shared by MUSA.
12. Term & Termination
Either party may end the arrangement at any time with written notice. MUSA may withhold payment for guideline violations or breach of these terms. MUSA may immediately terminate and void unpaid, unverified earnings for confirmed bot use or other breach.
13. Tax
Creators are responsible for their own taxes on payments received. Where required by law, creators must provide requested tax forms (e.g., Form W-9 or W-8BEN) before payment.
14. Updates
Continued participation after MUSA communicates a change to these terms constitutes acceptance of the update. This document does not create an employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between MUSA and any creator.
